FAQs
Do you use a needle or a gun?
Always a single-use sterile needle, never a gun.
Needles are safer and more hygienic (guns can’t be fully sterilised).
They’re more precise and less traumatic on the tissue.
Healing is usually quicker and smoother.
---
What jewellery is included?
Every piercing comes with high-grade, medical-certified titanium jewellery.
Hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.
Simple, classic piercing labrets are included in the price.
Want something more “you”?
I stock a wide range of upgraded jewellery — gold, sparkles, moons, stars, shapes, danglies etc. priced from £25–£110.
What’s the process like?
At your appointment we’ll:
Talk through placement and how the jewellery will sit.
Consider versatility (future ideas or changes).
Factor in your lifestyle, comfort, and budget.
Cover full aftercare to support healthy healing.
I’m quick but careful — you’ll always be in safe hands.

£30 Piercings:

£35 Piercings:

---
Do you sell aftercare products?
Yes — optional but highly recommended:
Sterile Wound Saline – £10
Wound Healing Gel – £7.50
---
Do you offer anything to support healing?
Yes — I also offer vitamin injections to encourage healthy healing from the inside out.
Vitamin C injection (£30): boosts your immune system and supports skin repair, helping your body recover more smoothly after a piercing.
These can be booked at the same time as your appointment.
---
What’s the age policy?
Under 18s: must have a parent or guardian present.
Children: no strict age limit, but they must be calm, sit still, and show no hesitation during the appointment.
If a child is too young, unsettled, or unsure, I won’t go ahead. A good rule of thumb: if they can’t sit confidently through the piercing, they’re not ready yet.
Tongue 18+
Nipples: strictly 18+.

Can I swim, use hot tubs, or go to a spa after a piercing?
No — not until your piercing is ideally 2-4 weeks old
Healing is not 6 weeks — it takes months.
Even simple lobe piercings can
take a minimum of 6 months to heal.
Cartilage and more complex piercings may take even longer.
Please plan ahead if you’ve got a holiday, pool, or spa trip coming up. Getting pierced too close to travel can risk infection and delay healing.
Before Your Appointment
To make sure everything goes smoothly:
Eat beforehand — don’t arrive on an empty stomach.
Stay hydrated — bring a bottle of water if you like.
Avoid alcohol or drugs — these can thin the blood and affect healing.
Bring ID if you’re under 18 (and make sure your parent/guardian is with you).
Wear something comfortable that gives easy access to the area being pierced.
Clean skin — please don’t use heavy creams, oils, or makeup on the area.
Plan ahead around holidays/pools/spas — your piercing will not be healed in 6 weeks, it takes months. Even lobes need a minimum of 6 month healing time
Relax — it’s usually over quicker than people expect, and I’ll talk you through every step.
After Your Appointment
Looking after your piercing properly makes all the difference:
Keep it clean: use sterile saline constantly for the first 2 days only.
After 2 days: normal daily hygiene (showers etc.) is more than enough.
If it scabs: leave it alone — don’t pick, don’t over-clean. The less you do, the better it will heal.
Hands off: avoid twisting, turning, or playing with the jewellery.
Don’t remove jewellery: even if it feels healed, keep it in until I confirm it’s safe.
Swimming, spas, hot tubs: ideally avoid for 3–4 weeks minimum (and much longer if you want the best healing).
Patience is key: piercings take months to fully heal, even simple lobes.
If you’re ever unsure please message me rather than guessing or googling.
Need more help?
I also offer chargeable in-person appointments for further advice, jewellery fitting, or aftercare checks if you’d like me to review your piercing in person.
A couple of important points:
Hoops/rings are not advised for initial piercings — they move too much, can catch easily, and slow down healing.
You cannot bring your own jewellery for a fresh piercing. It must be specialist, sterile, and medical-certified to ensure your safety and proper healing.
