Laser Tattoo Removal
At RedFox, I use advanced Class 4 laser technology to safely and effectively fade unwanted tattoos. The laser delivers powerful pulses of energy that break down the tattoo ink into tiny particles, which are then naturally processed and removed by your body’s immune system over time

After Your Treatment
Some discomfort during treatment is normal and is often described as similar to an elastic band snapping against the skin.
Following your session, you may experience:
-
Redness, swelling, and tenderness in the treated area
-
Mild blistering, bleeding, or scabbing as the skin heals
-
Increased skin sensitivity to sunlight
These effects are temporary and usually settle within 48 hours, although healing times can vary between individuals.
Aftercare Advice
To support healing and achieve the best results:
-
Keep the area clean and dry
-
Avoid swimming, excessive sweating, heavy exercise, and heat treatments immediately after treatment
-
Do not pick or scratch scabbing
-
Avoid exfoliation or hair removal on the treated area while healing
-
Apply SPF daily and avoid direct sun exposure for at least 1 week after treatment
Your practitioner will provide full aftercare guidance during your appointment.

Uncommon and rare complications
Although extremely unlikely, complications can include allergy to leaked tattoo inks, skin infection (cellulitis), reactivation of cold sores (herpes simplex infection), scarring and changes in skin pigmentation. Pigmentation changes may be lighter or darker; they should resolve themselves within 6 months but can persist or be permanent in occasional cases. Clients may also develop bruising, swelling, blistering, purpura or crusting of the skin. Permanent skin discolouration can also occur due to leakage of iron oxide or titanium oxide pigments within the tattoo ink when broken down - but this is why I always patch test beforehand.
As is standard practice for every RedFox treatment you receive, you'll be given thorough aftercare. And I will, of course, be with you every step of the way to ensure your experience with laser tattoo removal is a positive one! You're in very safe hands.
