Unfortunately - for hygiene reasons I cannot refund or exchange earrings body piercing products or jewllery. i'm also unable to refund or exchange gift cards.
i'm able to make an exception if i have made an error in completing your order or if the jewellery is faulty. i'm sorry, but I'm absolutely unable to accept returns of any jewellery that has been used
In the case of faulty items, please accept my apologies and email me within 7 working days of receiving, so i can arrange for a replacement for you

DELIVERY
I aim to send out your order straight away! Latest within 5 working days (if your Item is in Stock) All your jewellery is sent by 1st class, tracked signed for and recorded delivery, so that you receive it quickly & Safe and sound! It costs Around £8 to do this. i understand that this is a lot of money. However, it's the only real option we have to absolutely ensure your precious goods definitely reach you! I'm happy to send the items out to you via second class Royal Mail if you wish

Payments Options
I accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro, however I do not accept American Express.
The secure payment gateways includes Paypal a which uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. The technology also has inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide us with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
When placing your order, you must provide me with your exact billing address and telephone number i.e. the address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once your credit card has been approved.
Most items are in stock and will be dispatched immediately therefore full payment is required at point of sale.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If I do not supply the goods for any reason I will not charge you for these and I will refund any monies already paid for them.
Failure by me to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect my right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. The company is entitled to amend its terms and conditions but any such changes will not affect contracts that have already been formed.
